there actually is a way to jailbreak an iphone 4 untethered but it would cost you $25 or 19 which is probably not what you are looking for

there is a way to jailbreak an iphone 4 tethered by using the rage break tool which has recently been updated to work with windows rather than just mac

but apart from those two options im pretty sure there is not another way

Wow, research a little before you speak. there is a tethered jailbreak for iphone 4 for iOS 7.0.X

i guess your 'post before you learn' attitude reflects on your 3 rep which, coming from a 1 year member, is fairly disappointing

Please keep in mind RAGEBREAK ( the jailbreak ) Is currently very unstable and there is a possibility to brick your phone .
