So my psn has been hacked by someone, I dont know who but it has, I havent gave any details out or anything, The person has changed the email and the password for the account so i dont have a clue, I received emails saying "Funds added to Wallet" this guy is buying stuff on my credit card... Please anyone help

Sony are too busy and i cant call them there lines a full help anyone

i recommend just staying in line, it shouldnt take longer than an hour. and visit your bank tomorrow and report a fraud.

Thanks for the help man, Ive even tried to do the live chat but its saying that is buys it says wait 10 mins and ive been waiting 2 hours since 6am PST which is when they opened

your bank should be able to reverse the payments that went out.
