ok so ive done everything like noted on the video even redone it 2 times and still have the same problem the local network stays as unidentified and the xbox wont connect to live. any idea as to what is causing this? ive done port forwarding and everything... thanks in advance

Make sure you have your connection set to where it can be shared through a computer.

If that doesn't work your computer may be too outdated to host a connection through it. Mine is

i checked and i have it to the local as it should be, also my computer is definitely capable of it, its from this year
