Nooooo for the hosts file dont do that what you want to do is open it up in a program like sublime text 2 and run it as administrator this will allow you to edit it and save it without any problems!

Oh alight that makes sense. Now I just have to figure out the Port Forwarding Port 80 thing.
EDIT: I have fixed that and that step is done. Last one I need is the Port 80 for my router and the Ethernet cable. Which I have to find.
