Hello guys, This will be the first gaming computer for me to build and I plan to have it completed and all the parts within about 2-3 months. Currently I have a part list as such:-
CPU - AMD Athlon X4 750K
MoBo - MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
Graphics Card - Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 270X
RAM - 8GB (2x4) Corsair Vengeance DDR3
HDD - 1TB WD Blue
WiFi Adapter - TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 Dual Band Wireless N900 PCI Express Adapter
Case - K2 Gamer Case & 120mm Red Fan USB 3.0 & 500W Alpine PSU
PSU - Negligible
Currently I'm looking for not buying a separate PSU as I'm on a set budget but I do think I will future upgrade to maybe an XFX PSU. What do you guys think, I'm trying to maintain a good FPS on games such as Infestation or Battlefield 3/4 maybe Crysis. I'm also working in Sterling not Dollars thanks.
Also I was planning on maybe getting an A88X Mobo instead, which is best, any tips or upgrades are welcome!
EDIT - (I may have a DVD drive kicking about somewhere so I will not need one of them, also I plan on finding a Windows 7 OS for cheap or maybe getting Windows XP put on and upgrading, not sure if that still works)

im not sure if that athlon will bottleneck the 290x or not..
if your dedicated to the 290x. if i were you i would buy the regular 290 because you can easily overclock it to the power of the 290x.

It'll be 270X rather than 290 or 290X, and thanks anyway If I did consider the future Upgrade.

First of all its not a 290x its a 270x and it will bottleneck it.
Recommendations : CPU: AMD FX-6300 Or AMD FX-8320
Thats will handle it fine

Downgrade from the 1TB and get like a 500GB HDD.
Unless you're trying to edit/produce a lot.

Thanks for the help, I'm going to stick to the 1TB HDD atm, I could pirate it although I'm not quite sure although I would much rather do that than pay 50+.
Also about the CPU why would it get bottlenecked, just a newbie that's all. Once again thanks for the help!

Your Graphics card is amazing and can max most games 60fps
Your CPU Aint so good and will make the 270x lack performance
The Cpu's i recommended are the best bang for buck you can get for that price range
