hmm welll i qualify for everything i was doing this all the time , and i still get the $9.99 and year membership option i am not getting the 0.00 .

tried on a mobile device also , i was in chat and they said the promo for that link is now over , and for the welcome offer i think they have now only made it valid if your account is new and never had gold and they have locked that offer on account that have already had gold as i used to use this all the time

Plus i tried this from a mobile device that never helped .

**Note** I did this on my phone and it worked for me. I don't know if it will work for others but its worth a try.
