my network sharing is on and everything i was host yesterday and now it keeps saying no network access for my local connection idk why i wont work now it worked fine yesterday

yes i am on windows 7 and no they havent done anything to it my computer says local area connection does not have valid ip configuration

my xbox is supposed to run off of my laptops wifi but its not working all of the sudden i have no idea why that why im trying to find help!!
