Yes it doesn't matter if your the hoster or the player receiving the money, Rockstar will ban all of them

I highly doubt they'll be banned as there is like 1/4 Of Gta players who have got like 1,000,000,0 in there bank online. So they'll be banning ALOT of people which would cause alot of phoning to R* Support.

No characters will be reset, They will get their money reduced to 0 if anything, but our ranks and everything we own will stay. Do not talk like you know exactly what will happen. I emailed R* about someone randomly giving me 100 million for no reason and they told me that nothing will happen to us, Depending on what happen, we will most likely keep the money or have it reset to 0. Our characters and everything we own will be saved. So do not say we will have our characters reset. Only those who host will face punishment. "receivers" will have nothing to worry about.
