The only ones available are ones to mod general stats such as how many enemies you have killed, or one which only mods items that have a 000 item id code, which is about half the base game items and even then you can only mod one item per use. To use the second tool I mentioned to kit out in armor, weapons and gold you'd have to spend a few hours just getting it ready, then another couple to get it all sorted. The easier way is simply upload a save file, get the console command codes and post a request to the request thread.

I already mentioned that, but again it is limited to what it can do and how fast its use is. What is the point of spending a few hours getting your character set up 1 item at a time when you could have it done all at once? And with no limits on what items are available for use.
