Contact PayPal and tell them what happend and if you can give proof you will get your money back 8) Good Luck with that though

YEA I WAS SCAMMED ALSO BUT I WON THE CLAIM ON PAYPAL BECAUSE I SENT IT AS SERVICE AND I REPORTED TO THEM THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE SO THEY CONCATE HIM N YEA HE HAVE NO PROOF OF SENDING IT SO I GOT MY REFUND A FEW WEEKS LATER =D MAKE SURE YOU''' NEVER SEND MONEY AS GIFT '''
