Do you do this in reverse?

3 is the sweet spot.
3 laps is the most amount of rep for a number below 15. so maybe you guys should do 3 over and over again im averaging 800 at level 24.
its probably a better idea than the 99

I done 10 Laps and got around 2500RP which is ok i guess.

Ill carry on doing it considering all you do is hold 1 button.

I recommend turning around and going forward thought it's twice as fast and the same.

It's alright buddy, It's pretty neat considering you don't really have to do anything and you get a decent amount of RP.
