I bought my xbox one from the Microsoft store and looking at the box it has clearly been opened and resealed. Does anyone know what might of happened. I can't open it until Christmas so I have no idea about inside the box

If it is, is there any way to tell as I'm gonna complain if it is. The box even has a sticky label over someone else's order number ffs

If it is a refurbished console, that should have been made known to the purchaser. The may have omitted that fact, but if it was a refurb it should of cost a little less than a brand new console. Plus I wouldn't worry if it was a refurb, its less risky than buying a brand new one and risking getting a broken one. Atleast the refurb was tested before they could resell it.
