I keep seeing these "free money lobbies."

Is there anyone hosting a billion dollar bounty lobby?

I already have 500 million and the bounty is simply just to join random lobbies and have other players chase me to the end of the world..I like the thrill of being chased.

If anyone can put me in the right direction, that would be much appreciated...
