Steps:

1) Go to the "Raid: Baggage Handlers
2) Start it with a friend or other person.
3) Pick up the security case, then get a helicopter.
4) Go to your base and start lowering over the drop off slowly.
5) If you have done this correctly, you will hear a fast noise.
6) Just keep on doing this & it ranks you up about every 30-40 seconds.
7) If you accidently land then it will count as a capture & you will have to get the security case again.
