If I remember correctly you need to set your Primary DNS IP to '23.91.25.106' and that should be for RP mods. Hopefully I helped you out a bit.

Edit: 199.101.103.67 is the IP for RP AND Money. Careful though, Rockstar is banning people like CRAZY for having mass amounts of money. With the IP 199.101.103.67, you gain 375k RP from the Taking Off race and anywhere from 40TRILLION to 66 TRILLION
