You will not get banned on put in the cheater pool and buy things

If you have the hackers gamertag write it down. Then make a support ticket to Rockstar support. Make sure extremely detailed in the ticket and you will be fine! It happened to me too, if you unwillingly got the money, you will not be punished and Rockstar will most likely take it away (That's what they said to me).
