I put the 173.236.165.116 prod.cloud.rockstargames.com Server in the hosts.ics file and did everything right, connection shared with my xbox and when I go on GTA 5... No Mods... Then, I cleared my System Cache... Still no mods...

i cant even get mine to share the connection it says it is but wont connect. but im pretty sure you dont mess with the host.isc file. just the "Host" one. hope this helps.
