Most of you are experiencing issues of not being able to connect to the online servers.
If you got to level 1000 before you were kicked offline, you most likely went over the xp limit and your account can not be fixed unless you delete you character.

I am creating this post to help everyone have this issue so that there are not numerous posts about this in which everyone has to dig through to find answers.

EDIT: If you unlink your RockStar Social Club Account then you will be able to connect back online but will be level 1.

Unlinked my account, can connect but have -200000000+xp to level up.
