As in your save game for single player? dont worry about that just load a different save and go to gta online
When I get into singleplayer and try to get into a online game it says my most recent game cant be loaded.....

Worked for me. Had to go to single player first though and then switch to online. Timed out if I joined online out of the loading screen.

I am unsure about PS3 It may or may not work but you can try just change ur dns settings
