False evasi0n7 will only install taig ( the fake app store you are referring to ) if your pc or macs language is set to china. I am currently jb on ip5 ios 7.0.4 have had no troubles whatsoever just have to wait for saurik to update mobile substrate before the tweaks can be made compatible. Since then the evaders have removed the auto install of taig.

Just sayin do your research before you say cydia is the fake app store they are two seperate applications and evasi0n7 will not install this on your device providing you have you language set right

Unless you have downloaded the CHINESE VERSION OF EVASION, WHICH DOES HAVE A BUTTON TO GET RID OF TIAG this jailbreak is 100% okay. And this jailbreak launched with Cydia 1.1.8 patched for iOS 7.

TAIG Got removed within hours of release due to piracy found on TAIG , Pod2G removed it.

Also, Evasi0n works perfectly fine. You won't get any viruses (according to Geohot, who is the first person to ever jailbreak an iPhone)

Like everybody said it's fine to jailbreak with Evasion. Also, saurik released the cydia update therefore, substrate shouldn't take too long either. I'd say it's fine to jailbreak any device. (I own a 5S)
