You can only get console banned if your modding a consol. As DNS hosting isnt console modding thats not a outcome of it

Honestly, changing the DNS settings to get certain mods online is considered well.. Modding. A console ban is very likely if you do this since you are manipulating the game.

You will not be console banned for hosting GTA lobbies. All it is is a custom server your running the game on, as microsofts 'C.O.D' states you must [ modify the system] inorder to receive a console/account ban. All that will happen is a cheater pool if caught. This guy who thread this is got his console banned for another reason hes not stating.
