Just because she says that, does not mean that you will be getting banned. Not EVERY SINGLE person will be banned. She is trained to say that because she works for Microsoft, and with modding clearly being against their ToS, of course she is going to say that people will be banned for modding.

People, after what i have read going through all of the comments on this post, and the info i have picked up from the chats people have posted that they have had with Xbox Supports Members is that it sounds to me that it all comes down to what R* has to say about all of this. (this is my opinion, no hate please)Yes, people have been doing the mods using one of the "services" that Xbox has in their system and yes, GTAV players are taking advantage of the "service" by cheating/hacking the game so they can gain faster RP, Money etc. But, Xbox/MS is not in charge nor own the rights to GTAV. MS should be able to control who plays GTAV and who doesn't due to bans. But, Only time will tell who was right and who was wrong. Hopefully everyone will be safe with the modding/cheating that they have done and be able to play the game as they normally would have. And im not saying that the console bans or acct bans are going to happen or not but hopefully, if they don't, let this be a lesson that these things can happen and to be more careful the next... R* and MS can and will strike.

That is my personal opinion on this hole dilemma. Thank you ( No hate please )
