That would be a terrible business move on rockstars part to do that. If they wanna go ahead. Ill just play xbox one. But if they were to do that theyd be losing millions of players

I doubt many people will get console bans as GTA is a big part of microsoft... I guess people who are hosting these lobbies are going to get the major punishments, but face it the majority of the GTA V community has been affected by this whole exploit and by banning people who have done it is going to kill the community as there will be hardly anyone online. So I reckon they created the cheaterpool lobbies to seperate the cheaters from the legit players cos they ain't gunna ban everyone.. Well thats just my opinion anyway...

They don't have the right to ban people... Because there's NO OTHER WAY TO EARN MONEY IN GTA V because they put money so low for missions!

Gajeel: If the moding is with regards to money, things, level and achievements it will ban the account.
Gajeel: However, if you are using a pirated or modded disc the console will be banned.

Gajeel: The banning has no specific dates, once GTA Server or Microsoft receives information for this kind of things, the account will be investigated and will be ban if necessary.
