Would a alienware 17 laptop with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M graphics which is GTX 660M be able to run cod ghost and battlefield with no issues?

It should be able to but its always better to build your own pc.

Don't get a laptop, don't get an alienware, bottom line. Wasting lots of money for a crappy computer.
