Rank 1000 is definitely not legit you'll probably be banned. Unless you start a new character.

I've seen people get to 1000 legit, I used a dns for the last like 600 levels but I did grind out about 400 as legit as can be.
either way, ive got my $60 out of the game so it wont hurt too bad if i get popped.

What I mean by legit is that your stats will come out looking super non legit. R* has a system that detects suspicious stats.
