I am making a server and want to have a bukkit server but I have no idea if they have even came out with the right build yet

At the moment their is no Bukkit or Spigot (Same thing as bukkit but better performance.) Jar file in the 1.7.3 or 1.7.4 Format but their is no need for 1.7.3 or 1.7.4 Jar update considering that any 1.7.3 or 1.7.4 user can connect to the 1.7.2 server update no matter their version.
