Will this pc be able to play Arma 23 Battlefield four and call of duty ghost. On medium settings at around 60 frames per second

yeah it should run on medium at about 60 frames per second

Yes it will, and I know you don't want recommendations, but spend a bit extra money on a quality power supply. That one doesn't belong in a computer it belongs in a bin.

Yes it will, but dont expect it to run smoothly on ultra or high. However it will run decent on medium.
