If your stuck on a bootloop there's quite a few things you could try. A lot of my friends ended up getting stuck in a bootloop and I managed to help.

1)Before you jailbreak your iDevice make sure you start off with a fresh restore, and then jailbreak. So back up your device via iCloud/iTunes, then jailbreak. Once you finish your finished you can restore from your back up.
2)Make sure your using the latest version of evasi0n
3)Another thing you could try is to just put your device into DFU mode, restore, re-try the jailbreak.
