I know it's very annoying,

Just press start in game and select leader board ,
From there just press X over the players you don't want to hear .

That's ridiculous. I'm enjoying the games on the xbox one, i just don't listen to the kids. (It's called "Mute")
AC4 is great, same with Ryse, and same with DR3. (Haven't been playing BF4 due to the lags)

What's it matter, just turn down the chat volume, go into a party, private squad, go to skype.

I don't have a problem with kids a Xbox, why? Because there just enjoying the game as a kid.
