I made a SF yesterday upgraded his dunk to 90 and brought some dunk packages and he dunk but not like all the time he would fake a dunk and do a layup. Should I remake another SF or Keep My PG that is all-around and I just started my PG Thinking about buying VC

I Would keep the PG, SF Are slow and although you have a dunk package, it will only dunk when there is space to do so
