First off, the $800 is strictly for the computer. I already have a keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.
What I'm looking for:
AMD build (would consider Intel if you can help me build a very good one)
Case with window and built in LEDs
Graphics card can play new games on high or ultra settings

I'd go with something like this:

You said you wanted an AMD system and the 8320 is a great little CPU. Don't get the 8350 though as it's pretty much the same processor but the 8320 has a lower stock frequency. Went with an R9 270x which should be able to max out any game you throw at it and with 1TB of HDD space you won't have any problems with storage. I stuck in a windowed case but obviously if you dont like it then it's a simple change. Overall I think this is a nice little build. Enjoy!

* EVGA rises from the dead *
Nah, I'm bored might as well come to this section for a bit.
Reasoning behind the build:
The R9 280X is a great GPU for the price, should max out pretty much everything. The AMD FX-8320 is pretty much the best CPU that does not simply overclock a previous CPU(*cough*8250,9000 series). I left enough power for some future upgrades.

If you need Windows for the build, I'd just bump the case down a bit and buy an LED fan or two and buy Windows off Ebay.

Hmm, from the specs of that case you're going to have a hard time installing that GPU into it.
