Go all the way back and go to this location var/stash/applications, and you'll find Cydia.app there.
I think you have clicked on var/mobile/applications, where apps from appstore is stored.

what does 'Find icon @ 2x.png' mean?

1. go to this location: var/stash/applications, and you'll find Cydia.app.
2. Scoll down and you'll find a file/pic named icon @ 2x.png.
3. click on the side, and copy the name and then change it afterward to something like: icon@2x original.png.
4. Copy the iOS 7 style icon to that directory, and change the name of it to: icon @ 2x.png (looks like an space here, but type it in one word on ifile)
icon @ 2x.png is the original cydia icon/picture, which you can replace with those on the link he provided.
