Welcome to my first "Giveaway" this is a simple giveaway yet complex to some, all you have to do is answer the question correctly, and i will randomly select one answer. The prize you may ask, two months of TTG Gold!

Question

111 = 13
117 = 79
Explain how.

It's a mathematical impossibility for 117 to be EQUAL 79. The equals sign, (=) is a mathematical symbol used to denote equality. The equals sign is placed between two values that are the same. This is a blatant misuse of the equals sign, mathematicians would cringe.

Its really not a math problem, its more of a logical thinking type of problem, the less you think about it the easier it is.

117= ??

The pattern is 10 x the units plus the sum of all the digits.

So, 111 = 1 x 10 + 3 = 13, 112 = 2 x 10 + 4 = 24 etc.

The final one is 7 x 10 + 9 = 79
