Well I train in Russian Sambo, that's my work out. Sambo is similar to Olympic Wrestling incase you didn't know.

well in summer everyday i would go to the gym for 3-6pm
but since school i got to the gym from 5-8pm im soo ripped now

Working out is only a small part of building your muscles. Eating the rights things are a major factor.

My Workout )

Monday/Thursday:
UPPER BODY

3x10 Lat Pulldowns
4x6 Bench Press @ 75%
4x6 Incline Press @ 75%
3x10 Tricep Pushdowns
4x25 Push Ups
2x100 Crunches

Tuesday/Friday:
LOWER BODY:

4x8 Squats @ 75%
4x8 Power Cleans @ 75%
2x15 yds. Walking Lunges with some weight
2x100 Crunches
(I don't do much lower body)

Wednesday:
CONDITIONING/CARDIO:

5x200m (3/4 speed)
5x100 (100% speed)
4x25 Pushups
2x100 Crunches

I dont do leg mussules alot.

I do 10k Weights everyday, to build up my Arms/Legs.

I sometimes do 50Pushups a day.

Then bed.

I do that for 5 days, then i rest at the weekend and add the calories that i lost.

i have football pe and all we do is pretty much condition and then go through about 4 or 5 different lifts like bench, dumbbell curls, and leg lifts
