I had reserved an XBOX ONE at my local argos and they had it in stock ( ordered last night / 11pm )
I checked the stock today and it stated that they had no more left, what does this mean?
what will happen? Or do argos still have it but they have no xbox1s to just give out.
If I go there tomorrow will I get it?

Because you reserved it, they will take it off the stock list for one day. They should still have it waiting for you barring an administration error.
Remember that Argos only keep it for one day, so if you go tomorrow, your reservation will not be active and you'll most likely miss out, go today.
