I've been all over youtube and still can't find the sultan? any good ways to actually find it? Will rep+

the way i found mine is i got in a random sedan and drove around the sandy shores area of the map and thats how i found mine. hope this helps

Randomly, but most common parts are Sandy Shores region, and the Prison parking lot.

I found mine at the Criminal Records race by the jail. In that car park, there should be a load spawning in. If it's not there first time, find a new session ;)

Yeah go To Sandy shores or up by trevors house and just keep finding a new session At each of these locations and the sultan should just be cruising around.
