I See people who have 20+ of the same card on the market is there like a way of farming them or something or am i just stupid.

Any help?

It's most likely people just taking advantage of the sale.

And they are getting very unlikely getting the same card again and again.

They just simply trade for them.

This usually involves TF2 as it's sort of the Hub for all trades on Steam.
