Could someone please make me a build for 300GBP that would be able to run Minecraft, LoL and games like Farcry 3

You won't be able to get a build which would run them very well, Also I assume you need just the tower? No other things right?

Yeah just the tower and no i don't need like max graphics and crazy FPS just playable on like medium graphics.

Also how would i go about getting a free OS (Not illegal) and installing it onto the PC after building?

You can either use a free OS, Backtrack for example.
Or you can transfer windows from your current PC to your new one, presuming you already have windows on your current PC, and aren't going to use the PC you are currently on ever again.

I'm on a laptop atm but my PC only has windows XP, i can get an XP disc would that be ok till i can get a new one? also i still even need a build to get the pc
