How do i can i link a background i made someone over TTG through PM.

if i cant what would be the best way to get it to them (they dont have Skype)

upload it to a website like imgur, tinypic, imageshack... if they want the raw file email it to them...

common sense really...

You can upload the image to an image sharing website, then link the user in the PM and have him download it.
