either, download windows off the internet and burn to a disc or put it on a USB drive. If you are wondering HOW to get it PM me. But, if you had another PC then you could do it with that and like i said, burn or put on USB.

If you want a completely free, no strings attached OS the Linux isn't half bad. I use it on my laptop and I like it.

Get a 760 GPU, 8GB of RAM, and the RAM should have 1600mhz. And what is LoL?
