I've recently heard that Turtle Beach x12s are useless for COD due to the fact that they're stereo instead of surround sound? I've had them for a few years and just started using them again a few days ago, and I'm noticing that I can hear enemy footsteps, like a **** herd, but I have no sense of direction whatsoever. It's all in the middle of my headset. Is there any way to change this or am I stuck with spending $100+ on a new one? Thanks.
