Seeing as your Processor is an APU as opposed to a CPU. It has Graphics core as well as Processing core so you should be able to run it fine. RUST is based on the L4D2 Engine so if you can play L4D2 you should be golden. Keep in mind it's a pretty expansive game which the whole world renders prior to you joining so your system has to constantly process the whole map even tho your not there. Just try L4D2 and if you good to go on there try RUST.
