Is there a way to transfer a digitally download game from one profile to another? If so, can you please explain or send a video.

You could license transfer. You can only do 1 game/3 months though.

There is no way to get a game from one profiles download history to another, other people are referring to licence transferring which can be done every 4 months to make things from one profile to work on any profile on that console
