i can connect to my internet fine but when i try and connect to xbox live it doesnt let me , ive reset my router loads and it still wont let me connect to xbox so can anyone help me out please

Is your account a child account? You may be affected by the signin issues.
I had some trouble singing in but it works for me now. I'm not 100% sure if they've fixed the problem.
