okay so every time I turn on my Rgh or like start or close out a game it pops up saying a system update is available. my system is on dash 2.0.16537.0 is this the latest one and if it is why does that notification keep popping up.

The latest dash is 16547.. You're not on the latest dash man
If you meant 16547, its just the avatar update and is safe to download

If it says system update then don't do it.
But if it says update required then its the update for avatars.
