Just done this , It WORKS! Great tutorial man.

Not sure if anyone knows of this glitch, But cant see any topics about it. So here you go.

1: First your have to add a server of your choice to your favorites.

2: Second you have to join the server from your favorites and wait until it says "WAITING FOR HOST" in the middle of the screen and "Ready" On the bottom left corner of your screen.
When you get to that screen spam the ESC key as fast as you can until you get kicked out to the main menu.

3: Then quickly join back to the same server.

4: When you join the game you need to move backward and you should see a copy of your self.

5: Then proceed to killing your duplicated person.
WARNING: If you kill your dupe with a melee weapon it will damage your duplicated items.

6: Lastly proceed to gathering your duplicated items.

Note: You will NOT be banned for this glitch, So go ham!

Be careful though, as if you leave and join to many servers your character will be reset.

Stop exploiting the game and play properly. I can tell you are one of those players who just shoots players on sights and kills new spawns.

The point of DayZ is to gear up and survive. Not have unlimited items and dupe them whenever you need more.

Play the game like everyone else and do what you're supposed to do in alpha, report bugs to the DayZ Dev team.

Agreed. I do server hop sometimes, not going to lie. But the one time I didn't and actually got set up legit it felt more rewarding.

No worries. Still works as of this post! Also, You can dupe yourself and use it as a trap. Dupe urself in a popular area.. wait for som1 to kill it.. and then kill them while they loot it! sooo funny!
