HELLLP!!!! its been freezing for weeks.

When i load up GTA V, i load up story mode and then i try to load up online and when i load it up it just freezes when i can see my character. HELLP PLEEZE!!!!

your disc prob has something on it just take your disc out and rub it on a clean surface to get anything off of it
