Wouldn't say it's too great, I mean it took 1.47v to do it and stability was very hit and miss.
Stedos seems to have a killer chip if he's getting 4.6 at such relatively low voltage.

Mines stable @4.6ghz with the voltage cranked up quite high.. mines pretty junk lol

Well 4.6 at 1.25v is very good for a 4670k... Wish I got as lucky as you in the silicon lottery. If I had yours reckon I could do 5ghz or even slightly above, although obviously not very stable.
