Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, but I didn't really know exactly where to post it.

Anyway... I'm trying to sell my laptop because it's basically just terrible for what I want to use it for so I need a PC instead of a mac. It's in decent condition, no big scratches or anything... It just looks used. There are no technical or physical issues with it, I just want something that runs on Windows. I can't post any pictures but I will post a link to the specs and I want you guys to tell me what you think I could get for it at a pawn shop or on Craigslist or something. Thank you!

Maybe like 150-175

Not that much unfortunately unless you have a friend who will pay more. If you sell it to a store you won't get that much.

probably could get anywhere from $330 to $500 from a pawn shop depending how banged up the computer looks since i didnt get to see a picture. best thing for money is to probably sell it on ebay because you can charge more because there is no middle man for example ( you ---> pawn shop ---> buyer) whereas ebay is (you ---> buyer) and you pay a small price to ebay to sell it after it is sold.

Its a '09 macbook (not a pro) and the demand for these are not high. They don't make them anymore though, but the macbook pro is still better. I doubt he can get $330-$500 from any sort of shop. Maybe from a friend like I said.

the reason i said that is because on the website it says resale value is between $500-$700 so i know that no one buys for the actual resale value so i took about half off the most expensive price and put the highest to the lowest price. i was just going off of the websites value of it. i dont have a mac and have never owned one. just trying to help out.

Put it on craigslist and you WILL get $500 for it. My friend sold the same year one for $600.

Why not go to gazelle.com or look on ebay for similar items.
Thats going to give you alot better idea of what they're going for than TTG, imo.
