Ok so my tools are not working apart from My neighborhood why?
this is my plugin setup and there all on the root of my hdd
[Plugins]
Plugin1 = Hdd:\XBLStealth.xex
Plugin2 = Hdd:\xbdm.xex
Plugin3 = Hdd:\XRPC.xex
Plugin4 = Hdd:\JRPC.xex

Any cod tool bro as long as Jrpc.xex Xrpc.xex Xbdm.xex and Xblstealth.xex are on the root of ur hdd...saved and loaded as plugins then you can use any tool that has been released...or just use one of the few menus released for ghosts (which u need to add as a plugin btw)

It will work with any tool that uses the following.
xrpc.xex
jxrpc.xex
If you want it to work with rpc.xex add the code below to your plugins:
Plugin5 = hdd:\RPC.xex
